And the verdict is....

BOY!!!

I didn't even allow the "idea" of having another boy cross my mind. It wasn't going to happen. I was going to have a girl... I was dissapointed.

I feel bad about being dissapointed. I know we are very blessed to be having a baby, no matter the sex. I have just always dreamed about having a girl since I was a girl. The OB noted my dissapointment and called it a birth defect between the legs. It made me laugh.

The good news is we are going to be saving a lot of money!! Granted this little guy and Jayden will be from different seasons but blankets, shoes, hats... burp cloths, sheets, carseat, stroller, etc.. can all be used again.

And these are two weddings we don't have to pay for... It will be good. I just need to get used to the idea. AND I will! :)

Congratulations to those who were right! ...besides- we have ONE more chance to have a girl.

If it's any consolation, I was disappointed when we found out the gender of #2. I got over it and couldn't be happier. Congrats. I'm very excited for you guys!

Congrats!!!!!!! I am so jealous! I want to have another boy sooo badly, but I have an inkling that mine is a girl. So funny how we prefer different things. :) It will definitely be economical and if they ever need to share rooms, it will be easier that way.

Haha, I cried when I found out Nicholas was going to be a boy (granted a brother is different than a son, but still). I like the term. I'm excited to take newborn photos of a little boy now :) He'll be precious.

I know it's bad to be disappointed by what sex your baby is but it DOES happen! To be honest, it took me like a full week to adjust to having another girl! I felt terrible but really, it took me awhile! I was secretly SO convinced that we were having a boy I got my hopes up so high! Don't feel like you are the only one, I totally felt the same way when we found out but a little bit of time has gone by and now I couldn't be more excited. Jayden will LOVE to have a brother :)

I totally cried when we found out Ian was a boy, I was SURE he was a girl!

The good thing is that your boys are going to be best friends, you really couldn't have provided a better situation for your children. Congratulations!!!

Because I come from a family of all brothers, I always imagined myself raising a family of all boys. So I was actually disappointed to find out that my second was a girl instead of another boy. Congratulations! Little Boys Rock!
