This last Easter was fantastic. It fell on the same Sunday as General Conference- which is a worldwide broadcast given by our beloved Prophet and Apostles. We were able to dedicate our whole day hearing those messages, and I'm so grateful for the things I learned. What an awesome way to remember the atonement and resurrection. I didn't buy Jayden a cute Easter outfit.. I dont think I did last year either. It's probably something I'd be more willing to do if I had a girl. But he's cute anyway :) On Friday night we dyed Easter Eggs for the first in... for me it had been 7 years. Jayden's first time ever. And Ryan can't remember the last time. Jayden really enjoyed doing it and managed to dye his hands as well. And Saturday afternoon- the Easter Bunny came during Jayden's nap. Jayders really enjoyed his basket but seemed to be kind of annoyed about having to stop playing to put the "hidden" eggs in his basket. Maybe next year we'll try another route. Im not sure if we will let the Easter Bunny use that grass stuff next year because it was thrown ALL OVER THE HOUSE... picked up.. and throw all over again. A pain to clean up. Ryan and I got a couple of movies and lots of candy in p

This is a video taken of Easter last year. Where Jayden got trampled by our dog Bella. I can't believe how much he has grown in just 12 months!! I'm glad I don't age as fast as he does!!

First off congratulations on the prize. Secondly, I can't believe that was a year ago. Will you tell him that Grandma says he needs to STOP growing for awhile!!!
