The continued...

It was finally decided to go to a campground. I can't remember what it was called- but it was nice and we had an isolated spot which was nice. There were horses right behind us which was kind of cool. They liked Jayden. Jayden wasn't so sure about them :)

He slept pretty well. I was really nervous about how he would do but he did just fine. He was really tired and that was good. Hopefully he will do just as well when we go to Cali soon! ... We put his pack n' play on the table... but come 6 am he ended back in bed with us... (bed hog.... just like his mama )

Saturday night it rained... Sunday it rained. I was walking Bella on Sunday morning and ran into a woman who lives in Green River who told me that people were being airlifted from the area we were planning on camping in. They couldn't get down that trail. So really- it was a blessing in disguise that we couldn't get up that road.

People were bummed- and praying for some sun to dry up the roads but there wasn't a lot of hope. We played a whole lotta Mafia. Fun times :)

Monday we woke up to sunshine. The guys went out to check out the road and said we would be able to do one river run before we headed home. It was my first time.. and a whole lot of fun.

On the way up

I stole these pictures from Shawnee's blog :)

Storm clouds were chasing us about 4 miles into the trip. As soon as we got our boat out the water it started to down pour. THANK YOU Lauren and Tara for watching... and rescuing our babies :)

It all looks fabulous, except for the down pour part :( The pictures look awesome and it sounds like Jayden did really well sleeping (I am always paranoid about stuff like that).
