Better late than never

I know every mom out there has been dreaming about taking pictures like these... but not everyone gets the opportunity. :)
Okay, maybe Im the only mom who thought these would be a fabulous photo op- but how often do you get a brand spanking new toilet? These pictures will be displayed at his wedding. And I will be the mom who let her son play in the toilet ;)

Jayden turned 9 months old 10 days ago! :) Time has been flying by WAY TOO FAST.
It seems like our little bugger is learning new things everyday. And he probably is. :)

Accomplishments:
Jayden is a climber. Anything he can climb he will. Stairs, shelves, mini trampolines, platforms...

He now recognizes "NO" what does he do? Smiles, and keeps doing what he was doing. Unless he is crabby and then he yells. ... Yeah- it's cute now...

He can stand on his own... not very well. :) But he has stayed up for a whole 30 seconds. I have a feeling we're going to have an early walker on our hands.

Speaking of walking... he LOVES the new walker he got from the Easter bunny.

His mullet and locks of hair growing over the ears became a bit too much for me so I attempted his first haircut... It's not even. I'm not proud of it. But there is only so much I can do with a moving baby :)

Jayden has been sleeping through the night again. HALLELUJAH!

From what I can tell he has four teeth coming in right now. None of them have broken through the gums yet. He has been in a lot of pain... :( Two on top and two on the bottom.

He spends his days chasing our cats and dog.

He likes to eat and sleep. He sleeps 10-12 hours at night and takes 2 naps during the day.

He says "Mama" and "Dada" and "Mo" which I THINK means more because he usually says that when he is done eating.

At his 9 month check up he had lost 2 ounces from his six month check up. She said not to worry cause it's typical for a breastfed baby. He is now in the 50th percentile for weight. He is still in the 90th percentile for height... and his head is somewhere in the 60th I think???

We have to make an appointment with an allergist since he has been breaking out in hives with certain foods. Hopefully it's not a MAJOR allergy.

In a nutshell all is well. He is learning and growing so fast, and as always bringing lots of joy in our lives. We look forward to see what the next month will bring!

My sister has an AWESOME allergist...
seriously, e.mail me for his number, he is a miracle worker! My nephew is allergic to lots of things, and he's made them go away, same with my Sister.
I've been wanting to go, but haven't made it a priority. So i can't say i know him or anything, but my Sister speaks highly of him! :)

I can't believe how perfectly he fits in the toilet - it looks like it was made for him! Nice job with the hair cut. He is such a handsome little guy!
